1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your purchase and use of our digital educational courses (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Refund Policies.

2. Educational-Only; No Advice

Our content is for general financial literacy and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

  • investment or financial advice;

  • recommendations or “signals” to buy/sell/hold any security, fund, crypto or insurance product;

  • portfolio management, tax or legal advice;

  • exam preparation or accredited certification.

  • We are not registered as investment advisers (e.g., with SEBI). For personalized advice, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

3. Instructors & Ownership

Courses are produced by Kaushal (co-founder) and by Indian native-speaker teachers engaged as independent contractors. All content, brand and platform IP is owned/licensed by LIZED LLC.

4. Merchant of Record & Payments

Payments may be collected by an authorized Merchant of Record (“MoR”) (e.g., Paddle or Dodo Payments) or by processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). In such cases, (i) your transaction counterparty for billing may be the MoR; (ii) invoices, billing descriptors, tax collection (including GST in India, if applicable) and refunds may be handled by the MoR/processor; and (iii) the MoR/processor’s terms and policies may also apply.

5. Pricing, Taxes, Currency

Prices are listed in USD. At checkout you may see INR display and payment options. GST and applicable taxes/fees may be added. Exchange rates and availability of INR options depend on the MoR/processor.

6. Accounts & Access

You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach.

7. License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchase, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. You must not copy, share, resell, record, scrape, or make content available to third parties; do not bypass access controls or DRM.

8. Delivery

Digital access is provisioned to your Platform account after successful payment. Access is considered begun upon your first login to the Platform or first download/stream of any course material.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (incorporated by reference) applies. In short: all sales are final after access begins, except where required by law or explicitly allowed by our Policy (e.g., duplicate payments). Approved refunds are executed via the original MoR/processor and in line with applicable payment rules.

10. Changes

We may update content and these Terms to reflect improvements, operational needs, or legal/compliance requirements. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Warranties & Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (including merchantability/fitness) and limit liability to the amounts you paid in the past 12 months for the specific course at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Compliance & Third-Party Policies

You agree to comply with applicable laws and with any MoR/processor acceptable-use policies. We may suspend access if required by law, card networks, MoR/processor rules, or for suspected fraud/abuse.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Wyoming, USA)

Before any formal action, the parties shall attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days after a written notice of dispute. Failing that, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming (USA), administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with one arbitrator, English language. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and Wyoming law govern, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: Kaushal Freedom Code digital courses sold by LIZED LLC and delivered via app.KaushalFreedomCode.com.

1) General Rule — All Sales Final After Access Begins

Once digital access begins (first login or first download/stream), sales are final, except where a refund is required by law or explicitly provided below. USD prices; INR display & payment may be offered. GST and other taxes/fees may apply.

2) When You Can Request a Refund

  • Duplicate payment / accidental double purchase (verifiable).

  • Our technical failure preventing access for >72 consecutive hours after purchase, despite your cooperation in troubleshooting.

  • Where consumer law mandates a remedy (e.g., service not delivered or grossly misdescribed).

  • Pre-access cancellation: if you request cancellation before access begins, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund (less non-recoverable payment/tax costs, if any).

Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method through the MoR/processor and effected according to applicable payment rules. Timing depends on card/bank rails.

3) Non-Refundable Situations (Examples)

  • Any access to the Platform or download/stream of materials.

  • Dissatisfaction without any contractual breach.

  • Device incompatibility, local network issues, or access blocks due to policy violations.

4) How to Request

Email [email protected] with: order ID, account email, reason, and evidence (screenshots/error codes). We may request extra information for fraud-prevention.

5) Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Amounts re-debited by card networks may be offset against any amounts otherwise payable.
