How we collect, use, share, store and protect Personal Data of Indian users, consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.

• Support: messages, tickets, call logs/recordings (where lawful and disclosed).

3. Where Data Comes From

From you directly; from our MoR/payment partners (Paddle, Dodo Payments, Stripe, Razorpay); from Platform logs/cookies.

4. Why We Use Data (Legal Bases)

To: (a) deliver Services (account, access, delivery), (b) process payments/taxes via MoR/processor, (c) prevent fraud/abuse, (d) provide support & grievance handling, (e) comply with law (tax/accounting; KYC/AML if applicable), (f) improve content. We rely on consent (where required), contract performance, and legal obligation.

5. Educational-Only Processing

We do not use your data to provide personalized investment advice or product recommendations. Content remains general and educational.

6. Sharing

We share with:

• MoR/Processors: Paddle, Dodo Payments, Stripe, Razorpay (billing, tax, risk).

• Hosting/Cloud & Analytics: infrastructure providers inside/outside India.

• Contractor-Teachers (India): limited access strictly as needed (e.g., moderation), under NDA/DPA.

• Authorities/Compliance: when required by law/court order.

7. Cross-Border Transfers

We may transfer/store data in the USA and other countries. Transfers comply with DPDP Act requirements (subject to any future government-notified restrictions). We implement safeguards and contracts with providers.

8. Retention

We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes above (including statutory tax/accounting periods), then delete or irreversibly anonymize.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, least-privilege, logging).

10. Your Rights (India)

You may access, correct, update and request erasure of your Personal Data, and seek grievance redressal. Contact [email protected] or the Grievance Officer below. We respond without undue delay and within required timeframes.

11. Children

Services are not for under-18 users. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
